Obligations of Sellers and Buyers in Each Transaction

1. Obligations of the Seller

The seller (including MyFarm and its product/service providers) is responsible for:

• Providing complete information about the product/service, including origin, production process, delivery time, and quality commitments.
• Ensuring the product quality matches the description on the MyFarm platform, adhering to the committed delivery time, and meeting food safety standards.
• Delivering products within the specified timeframe, ensuring they reach business partners in the best possible condition.
• Providing relevant certifications (if available), such as organic farming certification, VietGAP, GlobalGAP, or other certifications according to the project model.
• Supporting and resolving complaints: Receiving and handling complaints from partners in accordance with MyFarm's customer protection policies.

2. Obligations of the Buyer (Business Partners)

The buyer (business partners, individuals, or organizations participating in the project) is responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when conducting transactions, including shipping address, contact phone number, and valid payment method.
• Carefully reading project and product information before engaging in business, understanding the terms regarding delivery time, payment methods, and refund policies (if any).
• Making full and timely payments as required for each project or product, ensuring the transaction is validly confirmed on the MyFarm system.
• Cooperating during the receipt process: Inspecting the product upon arrival and providing timely feedback if any issues arise.
• Not unilaterally canceling transactions without a legitimate reason as per platform regulations.

3. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, both parties prioritize resolution through direct negotiation.
• If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to MyFarm's policies and applicable legal regulations.
